Learn how to make a macramé wall hanging with your own two hands. Join Alyssarhaye of BlackSheepMade to create a mid-size (12” x 16-25”) wall hanging that features the fundamental knots in macramé - the square knot, half square knot, lark’s head knot, and the vertical and horizontal clove hitches. Each student will leave class with a completed project and a small guidebook featuring the knots learned in class (plus a few extra!) The following will be provided to create a retro-but-modern macramé wall hanging:
Guided step-by-step instructions
100% cotton rope and cord
Wool and fabric yarn in a variety of colors
choice of wooden dowel, geometrical shape, or driftwood
take home guidebook with step-by-step photo instruction on a variety of knots
